Return Policy

1. Return Period: Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

2. Return Conditions:

• Unopened/Unused Products: Full refund for items in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
• Opened/Used Products: Subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price if the product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

3. Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
